I look forward to making you feel and look amazing. ✨New Client Policy • I am currently accepting new kid clients ages 5 and up. • Parents, please note that prices listed are starting prices. The final cost may vary based on the style, length, and hair density. ✨Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy • Appointments can be rescheduled once if done at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 65% cancellation fee. • If you reschedule after the 24-hour window, an additional deposit will be required. • No-call/no-shows may result in being banned from future bookings. • I understand that life happens please, please call if you need to make changes to your appointment. Communication is key! ✨Late Policy • If you are 15 minutes late, a $15 late fee will apply. • After 15 minutes, your appointment will need to be rescheduled with a new deposit. Pricing & Service Changes • All prices listed are starting prices. Additional length fees apply: • Mid-back, waist-length, and butt-length styles: + $45 • No last-minute style changes for braided styles. Any changes must be made at least 36 hours before your appointment. • Shampoo & conditioning are included in all services. Even if you arrive pre-shampooed, the price remains the same. • Hair is included in all braid services (Knotless, Tribal, Stitched, Box Braids). • Hair is NOT included for Passion/Nubian twists—a link for purchasing hair is available under the service tab. ✨Salon Guidelines • Masks are required during your service. • If you are sneezing, coughing, or showing COVID symptoms, please reschedule—safety is a priority. • Sanitize your hands before entering the salon. • I take my time to ensure quality results. If you are booking Tribal, Knotless, or Box Braids, be prepared for a longer appointment. Snacks and drinks are available for $1, or you are welcome to bring your own. • Please limit personal belongings—only bring essentials like your mask, keys, and payment method.
